Nights Away Notification online Form:

The online form provides the information a Commissioner requires to approve an overnight event to take place. Each section/ group attending a Nights Away event (even a County or District event) will need to provide this information. This is a simple form that once completed will automatically be sent via e-mail to all the appropriate commissioners and managers just by clicking the submission button.

Activity Notification online form:

This online form must be submitted at least 7 days before any activity. A copy of this form will be emailed to you for your records.  To complete the form, click on your District and fill out the online form.  This will be automatically sent to your District Commissioner & GSL (and any other designated District contact).  A copy will also be sent to you for your records.

Incident online form:

This online form must be submitted if a Scouting Member has Professional Medical Treatment (Doctor or Hospital). A copy of this form will be emailed to you for your records.  To complete the form, click on your District and fill out the online form.  This will be automatically sent to your District Commissioner.  A copy will also be sent to you for your records.

Referee Submission Form:

This online form provides the information the Appointments Secretary requires to request References for a prospective New Member. This is a simple form that once completed will automatically be sent to the Appointments Team just by clicking the submission button.
